Personal training vs Group training sessions! What’s the best & what should I do?

Good question! Personal training and group training both have their benefits, but ultimately, it comes down to your personal preferences and fitness goals. Personal training offers a one-on-one experience with a certified trainer who can design a customized workout program tailored specifically to your needs and fitness goals. This type of training can be more expensive but offers the benefit of individual attention and customization.


On the other hand, group training offers a fun and social atmosphere, where you work out with a group of people and a certified trainer. Group training can be more cost-effective and offers the benefit of support and motivation from a group setting. Additionally, group training is a great way to push yourself and stay accountable to your fitness goals.


Ultimately, the choice between personal training and group training depends on your goals, budget, and preferences. If you are looking for a more personalized experience and have specific goals in mind, personal training may be the way to go. If you enjoy the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting, group training may be the best option for you.
