We found some of our clients who prioritise fitness where unable to commit to attending studio sessions for one-on-one coaching.

As a result, our private or group Skype sessions became a huge hit. All you need is a computer with a webcam and microphone function.

We advise the use of gym wear, weights, a fit ball, and a mat; However, these are not mandatory to take part in Skype workouts.
