Emma Cook Personal Trainer
Emma Cook, the newest addition to the Pro Balance family, has been training in the fitness industry for two years. She earnt her Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training with Train Fitness Int. Working directly with clients, Emma helps improve overall fitness and helps gain confidence with clients, both in themselves and utilising the gym fully. Emma expertise lies in circuit instruction, spinning, outdoor fitness, exercise referral, and sports conditioning. As part of her ongoing training, she is currently expanding her knowledge by gaining her qualifications in kettlebells and pre and post-natal training.
