Manchester and Stockport Fitness Classes
Our fitness boot camps and full body circuit classes combine high-intensity aerobics and resistance training. Each session caters to all age groups and fitness levels and is designed to be easy to follow. We target fat loss, body toning, posture, building muscle, and overall cardiovascular and heart fitness.
Our Stockport sessions are held at St. Barnabas church every Monday at 7:35 pm. Please bring a towel and £6 for the class.
Our Manchester sessions are held in the studio every Monday at 6:00 pm (Starts back in September) and Thursday at 6:00 pm. Please bring a towel and £6 for the class.
