20 years working in the fitness industry as both a fitness instructor and personal trainer has given Dave years of vital experience and an extensive repertoire of fitness knowledge.

His broad expertise covers all areas of fitness training and assessment, including weight management, diet & nutrition, muscular toning & development, lifestyle management, sport-specific training, and exercise biomechanics and technique.

Dave is passionate about helping his clients achieve the fine balance of the fundamental health and fitness components: cardiovascular fitness, strength and core strength, muscle and joint flexibility, and nutrition.

His purpose is to help his clients make positive, long-term lifestyle changes by providing the dietary guidance and exercise knowledge necessary to make health and fitness part of their everyday life.
